Menu – freshly cooked to order
The chef cooks everything to order and with an open plan kitchen you can watch him hard at work. All the meat dishes are cooked to order on the grill, but Streets also offers a great selection of vegetarian options. Our menu is thoroughly British with Mediterranean influences, and always includes fresh fish, marinated chicken and cuts of prime Scotch Beef. Alongside our popular house wine there is a selection of quality wines from vineyards around the world. For dessert, indulging in a freshly–made pancake is the only way to finish off your meal in true Streets style.
Signs of the Times
When the brasserie first opened, a few street signs were scattered around the place – hence the name. These days hundreds of signs, pictures and items of memorabilia, collected by family and friends or donated by customers, adorn every inch of wall space. Whether it's a stunning shot of the New York skyline, a view from the top of the Eiffel Tower or a panoramic view of a bustling London road, it's easy to get distracted by the striking photos that surround the seating area. Around the bar an array of licence plates from around the world add a unique touch, and out on the wine terrace a selection of vintage shop signs keeps the theme going. However, it's the 'wall of fame' that provides the biggest talking point. These framed photos are dedicated to our customers past and present, and it's always great fun trying to spot someone you might recognise.
